Private sessions offer a quiet, individual space to slow down, settle, and listen more closely to what is happening within you. They are for those who feel drawn to a more inward, embodied approach, rather than problem-solving or being coached toward outcomes.
You may be experiencing stress, overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or your body. You may simply feel that life has become too noisy or externally focused, and that something quieter is now needed. You do not need to arrive with a clear goal or a defined issue. These sessions are not about fixing what is wrong, but about creating the conditions in which the system can soften and reorient naturally.

mindful Embodiment in one-to-one work

Private Mindful Embodiment sessions support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and embodied awareness. Through sound, stillness, guided attention, and meditation, we create a calm, contained environment where the body can begin to settle out of habitual tension and vigilance.
This work does not aim to provoke intense experiences or emotional catharsis. Instead, it values steadiness, pacing, and simplicity. Attention is invited gently into the body, allowing sensations, thoughts, and emotions to be met without pressure or judgement. Over time, this can support a greater sense of ease, clarity, and presence in everyday life. Each session is shaped by what is most appropriate for you in that moment. Some people are drawn primarily to sound, others to meditation and stillness, and many find a combination of both supportive. The work unfolds slowly and respectfully, without agenda.

guidance without forcing

There may be moments where gentle inquiry, reflection, or practical guidance is helpful — particularly in recognising habitual thought patterns, inner tensions, or ways the system becomes overactivated. If this is something you wish to explore, it can be included in a grounded, non-intrusive way.
However, guidance never dominates the session. You are not analysed, directed, or pushed toward change. You remain responsible for your own experience, and nothing is imposed. My role is to support awareness, not to lead you toward conclusions.

A space for listening and integration

These sessions are an invitation to pause and listen — to the body, to the breath, to what is quietly present beneath the surface of daily life. Many people find that when pressure is removed, the system begins to reorganise on its own, revealing what needs attention without effort or striving.
This is not a performance, a treatment, or a programme of self-improvement. It is a relational space held with care, consistency, and respect for your natural timing.

Private sound session

A private sound session offers a deeply settling, non-verbal space in which the body can soften and reorganise without effort. Sound is used gently and intentionally to support nervous system regulation, rest, and embodied awareness.
These sessions are largely experiential and do not require talking or analysis. You are invited to lie down or sit comfortably while sound is offered as a steady, containing presence. Many people find this approach supportive when the system feels overstimulated, tired, or overloaded, or when words feel unnecessary or unhelpful.
This session may be particularly suitable if you are seeking:

Private meditation and embodied presence session

This session focuses on guided meditation, gentle inward attention, and embodied awareness. Guidance is offered to support attention returning to the body and breath in a way that is simple, non-striving, and responsive to your capacity in the moment.
Rather than teaching techniques or practices to master, meditation is approached as a way of listening — allowing experience to be met as it is, without pressure to change or improve it. Silence may be included where appropriate, and guidance is adjusted carefully to support steadiness rather than intensity.
This session may be suitable if you are:

Integrated Sound & Meditation Session

This session combines sound and guided meditation to support both nervous system regulation and inward listening. Sound helps the body settle and orient, while gentle guidance supports awareness to rest more easily in the present moment.
This approach can be particularly supportive for those who find meditation challenging without support, or who sense that sound helps create the conditions in which stillness becomes more accessible. The balance between sound, silence, and guidance is adjusted carefully and collaboratively, according to what feels most appropriate for you.
