While practicing in a group circle is a beautiful experience, sitting one-to-one allows for a much gentler, personal pacing. These private sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are on your path, whether you are picking up meditation for the very first time and want a warm introduction, or you already practice but are looking for a supportive space to ask specific questions, work through hurdles, and find more ease.

This is a spacious, welcoming environment where you can step away from the noise of daily life. There are no goals to achieve, no checklists to fill out, and no pressure to perform.

Unlike a group setting, a private session is fully customized around your specific inner landscape and practice needs. We typically blend these supportive, restorative elements:

Tailored Practice & Discussion: A dedicated space to look at your unique relationship with mindfulness. You are welcome to bring any questions you have about your personal practice, whether you are struggling with a busy mind, finding it hard to establish a routine, or simply wondering how to bring more presence into your daily life.

Effortless Meditation: Many people find meditation frustrating because they are trying to force their minds to be quiet or strictly focus on a single point. Together, we practice a more spacious approach, learning how to let go of the mental struggle and simply rest in a kind, allowed awareness.

Acoustic Soundscapes: I integrate the gentle, steady resonance of instruments like Tibetan bowls into our sessions. Sound acts as a beautiful, non-verbal bridge. It gives a busy mind a soft place to rest, helping your body settle naturally into the silence between the sounds.

A Safe and Gentle Space

Because I am trained in a trauma-informed approach to mindfulness, safety and pacing are at the heart of everything I do. If your mind feels restless, or if stress and tiredness surface when you slow down, we don’t force anything. We simply slow the pace right down, ensure you feel completely grounded, and meet whatever is present with gentleness.

Our time together is completely fluid and collaborative. When you arrive, we will have a brief, casual chat over a cup of tea to see how you are feeling and discuss where you are with your meditation practice that day. From there, you can choose what your system needs most:
