🌿 SOUND-SUPPORTED MEDITATION & SOUND BATH 🌿 A grounding two-hour evening designed to support deep rest, embodied awareness, and nervous-system regulation through a combination of heart-warming cacao, guided meditation, sound, and integration.

This session offers a steady, unhurried space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and settle beneath the noise of everyday thinking. Held in a small, carefully contained group, the emphasis is on safety, presence, and ease throughout. Nothing is required of you other than to arrive and allow the experience to unfold.

✨ THE FLOW OF THE EVENING

  • Cacao Drink & Opening Meditation: We begin by sharing a warm, low-dose cacao drink with coconut milk to gently open the heart and soften into the space, followed by a short guided meditation rooted in presence, awareness, and gentle attention.

  • A Rhythmic Beat: From this grounded place, the steady, rhythmic beat of the shamanic drum helps settle the nervous system and supports your attention to arrive fully in the body.

  • Sound Journey: You will then sink into a rich sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls, rainstick, native flute, and other gentle instruments. The vibrations offer the body a chance to soften, regulate, and drop into deeper states of relaxation.

  • Grounding Meditation: As the instruments fade, a short grounding meditation guides your awareness back into the room, ensuring you feel settled and present.

  • Integration, Journaling & Closing Gift: We close with a dedicated period for quiet journaling and integration, allowing the experience to ground into your body. Silence is always welcome, and there is no pressure to share. You will also receive a small gift to take home to support your ongoing practice.

🌿 THE NATURE OF THIS PRACTICE This is a non-performative, embodied approach to rest and self-care. There is nothing to fix, achieve, or improve. Instead, the practice supports:

  • Resting awareness in direct experience

  • Softening reactivity and mental over-effort

  • Building trust in the body’s natural intelligence

  • Relating to thoughts and emotions without resistance

🌱 A SMALL, SUPPORTED SPACE These sessions are intentionally limited in size to maintain intimacy, safety, and care. Everything you need for comfort is provided:

  • Yoga mats & blankets

  • Large velvet memory-foam cushions & meditation cushions

  • Chairs (available if sitting or lying on the floor is uncomfortable)

You are welcome to adjust your position at any time to stay comfortable.

🌿 WHO THIS SESSION MAY SUPPORT This offering may be helpful for:

  • Those new to meditation or sound baths

  • Experienced practitioners seeking a grounded, heart-centered approach

  • Anyone experiencing stress, emotional intensity, or mental overload

  • Sensitive nervous systems needing rest, regulation, and integration

No prior experience is required.
