Workplace Well-being

Restorative sensory sanctuaries and gentle mindfulness spaces to ease mental fatigue, settle the nervous system, and bring genuine rest to the working day.

When a team is balancing a demanding workload, the most effective well-being support isn’t a lecture, a slide deck, or a complex theory. What an exhausted mind needs most is a direct, uncomplicated experience of deep rest.

My workplace sessions are entirely experiential. We step completely away from the screens and the mental chatter, creating a quiet, dedicated container right where you are to help your team step out of the momentum of ‘doing’ and drop naturally into ‘being.’

A Gentle, Accessible Approach to Stillness

For individuals who spend their days working intensely in their heads, being asked to suddenly sit in complete silence or focus deeply on internal thoughts can feel frustrating or uncomfortable.

Because my practice is fully certified (MMTCP) and trauma-informed, I use a much gentler portal of entry: the external senses.

Instead of forcing a busy mind to be quiet, we anchor our awareness right here in the room, engaging the senses as a soft, comforting pathway to the present moment. Together, we step into a thoughtfully curated environment:

By turning the attention outward to these rich, sensory anchors, the entire system is given permission to relax. Tension softens, thoughts quiet down, and your team drops into a state of deep, genuine rest without struggle or forced effort.

Our Signature Sensory Experiences

Each experience is a fully planned, immersive 75 or 90-minute workshop designed to be delivered on-site. Choose the focus that best supports your team’s current landscape, or book a seasonal series to provide ongoing well-being support throughout the year.

the grounding space

(Calm & Settle)

Best for: High-stress periods, major deadlines, or teams experiencing burnout.

The Sensory Focus: Deep Sound & Calming Aromas.

The Experience: This workshop is designed to completely downshift an over-stimulated nervous system. We anchor the mind using earthy, grounding scents like cedarwood and frankincense, paired with a focus on the physical sensation of gravity and being fully supported by the floor. The practice transitions into a deeply resonant, low-frequency sound bath using heavy Tibetan singing bowls and grounding shamanic drums to help the body fully let go of stress.

the clarity space

(Refresh & Restore)

Best for: Teams needing a mental reset, creative blocks, or an afternoon pick-me-up.

The Sensory Focus: Ambient Sound, Soft Light & Uplifting Scent.

The Experience: A brighter, rejuvenating workshop focused on clearing mental fatigue and restoring a sense of spaciousness. We use crisp, refreshing aromas like citrus or mint to gently awaken the senses, combined with soft-gaze visual awareness to relieve screen fatigue. The soundscape features the bright, pure, singing frequencies of crystal bowls and native flutes, leaving your team feeling light, mentally clear, and gently re-energised.

the listening space

(Deep Presence & Connection)

Best for: Team-building retreats, strengthening collaboration, or cultivating mindfulness.

The Sensory Focus: Total Immersion in Acoustic Sound.

The Experience: A workshop dedicated entirely to the art of deep, non-judgmental listening as a pathway to quiet the mind. We slow down the system and practice anchoring our attention strictly on the layers of sound in the room, from the subtlest rustle to the deep, enveloping vibrations of the shruti box and multi-layered bowls. By practicing effortless listening outward, the mind naturally mirrors that quietness inward, leaving the team beautifully centered and connected.

booking as a series

While a standalone session offers a wonderful mental reset, many organizations choose to book these three experiences as a progressive well-being series across a quarter or a year. This provides staff with a consistent, reliable touchpoint for rest and helps build a sustainable culture of mindfulness within your team.

logistics & setting the space

To bring these restful sanctuaries to your workplace, all that is required is:

A quiet, private room (such as a cleared boardroom, studio space, or open hall) large enough for your team to sit comfortably or lie down on mats.

A space for me to set up my acoustic instruments.

I facilitate in-person corporate well-being sessions across Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire, and wider afield.
