This event is free for all who wish to join.

Join a community of meditators for a 1 hour silent meditation held over zoom. The meditation will begin at 7pm prompt, so be sure to settle yourself to begin on time. The meditation will end with a bell. This is a silent meditation and no guidance will be given during the event. This is an opportunity to come together in sacred space with others in your practice. Everyone will be muted during the meditation. I look forward to sharing this time with you.

Join me for a 20-minute online guided embodiment meditation from the comfort of your own home. The meditation will begin at 6.30pm prompt, so be sure to settle yourself to begin on time. The meditation will end with a bell and there will be room for shares or questions regarding the practice at the end. There are no requirements to share or ask questions, you are welcome to just stay and listen.

The online meditation will be held over zoom. Once you have booked onto your class, you will be sent the zoom link via your inbox. Simply click the link a few minutes before the meditation is due to begin and you will be held in the waiting room until the class begins at 6.30pm.

Guided Meditation

Join a class from the comfort of your own home. Be guided in a 20-minute embodiment meditation that will encourage you to relax into your being with calm and stability.

Shares & Q&A

There will be time to ask Emma any questions about your practice or share your experience with the group. You are not required to share and are welcome to listen and learn from others.

Enjoy a 40-minute guided meditation that will encourage you to embody yourself into your present moment awareness bringing you into a more grounded state of being. From here, we can open into a relaxed sharing and Q&A, giving you the chance to share your experience in a non-judgemental environment, listen mindfully to others and ask any questions you may have. There is no requirement to share or ask questions. You are welcome to simply listen and learn.

40-minute guided meditation

Settle down comfortably and allow yourself to be guided on a somatic exploration of who and what you are, bringing awareness to your inner and outer world, by inhabiting the body to bring balance and calm to your day.

Sharing & Q&A

Come together with like- minded people to share your experience or ask any questions you may have or simply listen kindly to others, to learn and support each other on your inward journey.

If there are any other questions that you would like to know, please contact me by the link below and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

A class that has been paid for but you are unable to attend can be transferred to an alternative class or can be refunded if notified 24 hours or more before the class schedule. Please get in touch as soon as possible and I will transfer your booking. I am unable to transfer or refund any cancellations within 24 hours of a class.

For in-person classes, cushions, mats and chairs will be provided. I suggest wearing comfortable loose clothing for ease of movement and you are welcome to bring a drink if you wish. For zoom classes, a quiet room, sitting, standing or lying in anyway that feels comfortable for you is all you need, and of course, a drink if you wish.

These classes are for everyone regardless of disability. My aim is to be inclusive of all people and where appropriate, I will offer alternatives for those who may find some exercises inaccessible. All meditations are designed to facilitate the comfort and safety of each individual. If at any time you feel that your needs have not been met, then please communicate this with me, as I endeavour to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the classes and the small number of participants in each class, all bookings must be made in advance by booking online. If you arrive on the door and the class is already full, sadly you will have to be turned away.
