I welcome you to this online embodied meditation and sharing circle class.

This is a place where you can learn, practice and share experiences in a safe and welcoming space designed to nurture peace, relaxation and self awareness. Whether you are new to meditation or have years of experience, you’ll find this class to be a supportive environment allowing you to unwind and reconnect with yourself.

ABOUT THE CLASS:

Enjoy a 30-minute guided meditation that will encourage you to embody yourself into present moment awareness, allowing you to feel more balanced and grounded in your being. We will then open into the sharing circle for those who would like to share their experience or ask any questions. This practice allows us to extend our awareness through communication. Its a great opportunity to meet other like-minded people, giving you the chance to share in a non-judgemental environment, listen mindfully to others and ask any questions you may have.

This class is aimed at fostering a sense of safety, and a space for a personal experience of connectedness and belonging. Together, we will explore meditation, somatic awareness, embodiment and mindfulness through practices, shares and contemplations…and don’t forget your cuppa! You will have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from each other. This truly is an intimate learning experience with a small group of like-minded peers. As you settle in, feel free to simply be as you are.

There is no need to share your experience or ask questions, you won’t be put on the spot and you are welcome to listen and be a supportive listening ear for those who do.

Just bring yourself, a quiet room and a comfortable place to sit or lie down and maybe a blanket. Water or a cuppa is a great addition…and whatever else floats your boat!

This is a place to rest, reflect, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace. I look forward to sharing this journey with you.
